Real-Estate Campaign Pages
Landing pages for three Egyptian real-estate campaigns: the Cityscape Egypt 2024 exhibition, Madinet Masr's upcoming projects and Mountain View. Each one turns a visit into a lead the sales team can call.

The challenge
A campaign landing page has one job: get the visitor's name and number before they leave. Each campaign had a different subject (an exhibition, a developer's new projects, a single brand) but the same need: a page that explains the offer in seconds, makes leaving your details the obvious next step, and puts every lead in the sales inbox.
What I designed
- 01One clear promiseA full-width hero with one call to action per page: register to visit, book your unit, look around.
- 02A reason to stayThe projects with their size and location (Taj City on 3.8 million m², Sarai on 5.5 million m², Zahw in west Asyut), or the event with its figures, exhibitors, schedule and sponsors.
- 03A short formName, email and phone (plus a message on Madinet Masr), in a popup or at the end of the page, checked and emailed to the sales team.
- 04Light enough for paid trafficPlain HTML, CSS and a small PHP mail handler, with no framework to load. The Cityscape page reports each registration to Google Ads as a conversion.
Process
- 01
Cityscape: the event
The exhibition's own figures come first: exhibitors, attendees, countries and projects.
- 02
Cityscape: exhibitors
Developers taking part, as a logo grid (logos blurred here).
- 03
Cityscape: why visit
Four reasons to attend, each with a photo, then the call to register.
- 04
Cityscape: register to visit
Name, email and phone, then submit.
- 05
Madinet Masr: upcoming projects
An Arabic page with one card per project and a booking button on each.
- 06
Mountain View
One screen and one button that opens the registration form.
